Oluwayomi Roseline Oliyide holds a MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry from the premier University of Ibadan, she also obtained MBA (Finance bias) from the University of Lagos. And later obtained a MSc degree in Banking & Finance from Babcock University.
She has varied and diverse experience in the Financial industry spanning over three decades in Audit practice & Tax investigation, Treasury operations, Banking operations, Internal Control, Financial Control, Financial Advisory, Investment Advisory, Deal Structuring, Stockbroking and Capital Market operations in the course of her career in Paul Taiwo & Co. (Chartered Accountants); Prominence Savings & Loans (Mortgage Bankers),NBM Bank, Sterling Bank, BGL Securities Limited.
Oluwayomi is a member of diverse professional associations amongst which are Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Associate Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). She is an authorised dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

Ayinde Akinsola David is the Head, Asset Management at Hillcrest Capital Management Ltd. Ayinde is a core professional with over 10 years’ experience across Portfolio/ Investment Management, Treasury Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, and Stock-broking Operations. Before joining Hillcrest as Head, Asset Management, he worked as Treasury Manager of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) with assets under management (AUM) well over NGN 3billion.
Akinsola has handled financial transactions in divers’ sectors such as Financial Services (Stock-broking and Investment Banking), Professional Exam Body (CIBN) and construction firm. He is a graduate of the prestigious Oxford Brookes University – UK and undergone several classes on Investments and portfolio management.

Niyi serves as Chief Compliance officer of Hillcrest Capital Management Limited and is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Capital Market Operator and Business Development Expert. He has over 19 years professional/hands-on experience in Preparation of Management and Final Accounts, Statutory Audit and Compliance, Receivables and Payables Management, Budget, Treasury, Fixed Asset, Lease, Tax Management, Business Consulting & Training, Preparation of Feasibility Study and Business Plan, amongst others.
Niyi was a faculty member with Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of Lagos Business School (LBS) and Pan African University (PAU) where he teaches Taxation and Finance and Business Management. He is a consultant to World Bank on Growth and Employment (GEM), a World Bank initiative in which the Bank gives qualified/ successful entrepreneurs grant of $40,000 for business expansion and employment generation.
A trainer per excellence, Niyi is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). Niyi is a graduate of Accountancy and a holder of Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management. He is an alumnus of the University of Calabar and the Lagos Business School.
